A fire alarm went off on our second morning but luckily at a reasonable hour so we were dressed and ready to go out for the day. I found the manager friendly and helpful and will definately be staying there more often when visiting my parents. The rooms are quite small but very comfortable and nice, clean bedding, nice shower, comfortable mattress. The bar was extremely friendly as well. Towels could do with being a bit bigger though.

Very nice place good size room, food good standard Pub grub but not much by the way of vegetarian options (1 hot meal and 1cold I think)

There was an employee that was extremely helpful and welcoming. She went all out to help me locate my colleagues. She was truly great. The food was VERY poor, I ate only a few bites of it and i felt ill after eating it. It appeared to be canned and bottled processed food and not freshly made soups from scratch. I had cobwebs all over my ceiling. I asked for a non smoking room, but despite the non smoking sign, the room was smoked in.
