the room was quite cold, the radiator were not warm enough. Also in one occasion there was no hot water so had to wait till aft to have a shower which i think should look at for improvement. apart from that the room had a fantastic view and the breakfast was good. that's why i didnt bother to have a cold shower. |

The bed was perhaps the most comfortable that we have ever slept in. The Hotelier was extremely accomodating and helpful with advice on local amenities in the area. The hotel was ideally placed for our purposes and had an excellant veiw of the sea and pier. We would use the hotel again. We are sure that Mark will make many improvements to the Hotel which he has only just taken over in June this year we wish him well. |

this hotel was perfectly located within a few minutes walk to eastbourne pier. the hotel itself was lovely. the staff were excellent, always stopped to chat. the rooms were clean and the beds were out of this world comfortable. tea, coffee, hot chocolate a buscuits were provided and replenished every day. the bathroom was spotless with complimentary toileteries. the view from the bar/restaurant was brilliant as it over looked eastbourne coast and the pier. the only negative would be parking. there is on street parking that is pay and display up until 6pm and then free between 6pm-8am but we found it very difficult to park at night and ended up parking in the local ncp which was a good 15 minute walk away and cost £8. but overall the hotel is definately a place i would stay again |

decor is dated, but is currently being redone. Bedding and towels were clean and fluffy, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was well-cooked, using good quality ingredients. Staff were friendly too. |
