Our recent stay with Lorraine and Peter was a real pleasure ! Our hosts were friendly, funny and very obliging. Breakfast was a treat, a huge choice, all fresh and well cooked ! Everything in our room was very good quality, fresh modern colours and tastfully put together. Good, quiet but central, location with a fantastic view from our own balcony - across green fields to the sea . . . bliss ! |

If you are looking for the quality of a good hotel room with an informal atmosphere then this is the place for you. Peter and Lorraine are very welcoming and are keen to ensure you enjoy yor stay. We stayed in Elm, the twin room. It was quite a small room but nethertheless roomy enough for what you need, the furnishings and linens are very good quality and the beds are a dream, the best nights sleep in ages. The bathroom and power shower were great, although we didn't use the sauna option. There are thoughtful touches and the extras provided are what you would expect from a quality hotel. The food is very good with a huge range of breakfast to choose from cooked to order. It seemed a little strange at first sharing a dining room table with people you have never met before but this works very well as it gives you the opportunity to share what you have been doing locally and good places to eat you might have found. We didn't use the grounds or hot tub but they looked well maintained and comfortable seating is provided. |
