Nice rooms, bath was a bit small for a luxury room. I don't think the luxury room is worth it. Even at the discounted LateRooms price. |

Our bathroom was very poor. the bath held water for ages, probably due to a blocked trap, but more important, the shower head came off in my hand and would't go on again properly - the screw thread was worn out. I could only shower by using one hand to hold the head in position. My wife tried, slipped in the process and resorted to a bath. |

It did not matter I was a Late Rooms booking, the service and room were excellent, all facilities and additional touches. The parking was first class and the receptionist so pleasant. |

Stayed for two nights on business. Very happy with service, off-site gym was excellent, although a bit of a strange layout (never had to get a lift from changing rooms to the pool before!), room was nice if not the height of luxury (tv was terrestrial only and all movies are ppv). However the best bit of the stay was the restaurant, service was excellent and the food was top notch. I recommend the fillet steak (best main course i've ever had), the only downside to the restaurant was the drinks prices. £5.50 for a glass of juice and lemonade is ott by my standards. But a small issue compared to the quality of the food on offer, all in all extremely happy with the hotel. |
