    After consulting a receptionist, I parked my hired car in front of the hotel overnight. But on the following moring I found the car vandalised. Another day I saw shattered pieces of car-glass on another location in front of the hotel. No receptionist warned me about car vandalism.
    Using the hotel's parking ticket for overnight parking was not cheaper than paying the full price: I have done both.
    I booked for a twin bedroom. But on the first night I had to sleep in a double-bedroom because no other room was available: the hotel was fully booked. Also, only because I complained about it, they moved me to a twin-bedroom the next day. Yet, the two beds were placed next to one another, like a double-bed with two independent mattresses.
    Thus, only 1 points for 'Customer Service', though the staff members (except one) were very friendly and helpful.

    A modern, stylish hotel that was comfortable and quiet. An excellent location right in the heart of the city and only 2 mins from Tourist Information and the square where open top bus/tram sightseeing tours start.
