I received good directions to the apartment before arrival. I like the idea of having a code to enter the building, this was very practical as we did not arrive until 11pm. I found the apartment was an adequate size for four people and it was also very clean. The location was perfect as it was close to the metro station, shops and restaurants.

The property was nice and although adequately cleaned it was not thoroughly cleaned. The bathroom was quite impractical - no shower curtain and no light anywhere near the shower so it was difficult showering.
Most worryingly was the number of times someone went into the apartment during our stay without our knowledge. The apartment was not cleaned (nor was it due to be) during our 3 day stay. However there was a spare camper bed stored in the bedroom. During the first day, this was moved into the communal corridor and on the second day the sheets had been taken off and it had been put back into our living room. We totally object to: (i) the invasion of our privacy - we had no idea that strangers were going to be entering the apartment and were led to believe that they would not; and (ii) security risk to our belongings - on the basis that we did not know that someone would be entering the apartment we did not take special care over our belongings. Nothing was taken, however we found this imposition quite unacceptable when no doubt we would have been told that any property left at the property was done at our own risk had something gone missing.
Please pass this on to Bridgestreet. Given this unacceptable imposition we expect a gesture of goodwill to be forthcoming.

Arrival / access directions clear & prompt. Smart, spacious, well appointed & clean apartment in a good central location. My apartment (at the back of the building) was also pretty quiet.

The apartment forgot to send me the entry passcode beforehand, I had to wait for an hour in heavy rain and called BridgeStreet Global Office for the passcode. Then we were given wrong passcode and made us keep calling them by paying international call. On the 2nd day stay, the lift was out of order and was resumed not until noon the next day.
