Lovely hotel, beautifully decorated and the location perfect for Poole visitors as it's on the Quayside. Staff were superb and took on board our only complaint which was the facility to order our evening meal from the bar. The current policy is to be seated before ordering but it would be much nicer to order from the bar first |

We really enjoyed our short stay at the hotel. The room was lovely, bathroom excellent and bedding crisp and enticing. We didn't have chance to use the bistro as we were visiting relations, but the bar and lounge were welcoming. Breakfast was very good and well presented. The only thing that I think should be pointed out is that all the rooms are not housed in one building and that access to our room was via quite steep staircase. Fine for us but not so good for the less moblie. |

Staff were fantastic - friendly and helpful, and not at all snooty as you often find in "posh" hotels. The room was large and immaculate (though the place had just opened a few days ago), the bed was huge and very comfy. The bar/bistro area were very funky, but comfortable. Breakfast was gorgeous, and again the waiting staff were very helpful. Location was great as well, just a minute's walk from Poole Quay, which has a marina with fantastic boats and a range of bars and restaurants. |
