This is a very clean nice hotel, it is a bit of a walk into town (although tram stop is at the bottom of the street). This is probably fine for most people but as I was a female travelling alone on business it was a slight problem in that as the hotel is a bit further out there was no restaurants partucularly close by to walk to at night when it's dark I ate in the hotel once which was lovely, but sometimes you want a change if you are there for a few nights (which I was). The food market next door is lovely & I'd recommend going there for breakfast- juices, bagels, warm things |

Slightly odd member of staff, but not unpleasant. The rooms are quite modern and clean, and while the view wasn't up to much (looking out on some flats that are part of the same block) it was good enough for the price. It's a little far from the centre, but within walking distance. |

There is only one complaint - the housekeeping staff are over zealous. Despite having a do not disturb sign on the door, on 2 mornings the cleaner called the room to find out if we were going out - and on the first day within 10 minutes of the cleaner calling, so did the supervisor. |
