People who may be coming to see relatives/friends or businesses in the Solihull, Birmingham or NEC areas, or may simply need short term accommodation due to relocation or delayed purchase of property, may wish to use Sycamore House on a very short term basis instead of using self-catering establishments or staying in a hotel.
