I am not sure as to whether that are residential apartments in the same block as the one I stayed in. The hallways have that feel and are a little seedy. I probably wouldn't stay there alone again as it did feel a wee bit isolated but I would happily consider using them when with my husband as they were superbly furnished and very comfortable. |

A spacious apartment that was clean, cosy and well furnished. The apartment agents were contactable all hours of the day and were extremely helpful. The only drawback was the lack of hot water when required; we overcame this by having showers at 1am. Heartily recommended. |

Excellent value late booking for this apartment which was clean and well presented. Public entrance hall was cluttered which gives poor first impresion but otherwise no complaints at all. |

Nice large apartment in converted house, well equiped but with some tired furnishings. Not quite the 5 stars it claims, but still a nice convienient place to stay. |

The apartment is in a lovely part of town in the university area. It's on a quiet tree lined street and is about a 20 minute walk to the city centre. The walk to town is pleasant, along a road that is crammed with galleries and restaurants. There is a conveniant coffeeshop at the bottom of the street along with a fair sized Tesco and wine shop so all you immediate needs are on your doorstep. Our apartment was huge and had everything you could need from a home from home including fridge, cooker, washing machine and tumble drier. The living room was huge with modern furnishings, a flat screen TV and sky. I'd recommend this apartment to any of my friends. If you don't like walking then taxi's to town are reasonable and come quickly . Belfast Txis drivers are worth their weight in gold and can recommend pubs and clubs to fit any criterior, If all taxi drivers were forced to train in Belfast the world would be a better place. |
