ATINI Guest House offers - affordable, spacious and comfortable accomodation, in a clean, peaceful and private atmosphere, close to East Croydon Train Station, the Fairfield Halls and Croydon Town Centre. Ideal for Professionals, Tourists and Visitors to the Croydon area, Central London, and the West End. A wide range of Restaurants and Shops nearby.
We have a range of Single, Twin and Family (Double + Single bed) rooms, with & without Private En-Suite facilities. Our rooms are Non-Smoking, but there is a large garden and patio area to accomodate smokers. All rooms have Private Sinks, Writing Desk, Complimentary Snack, Tea & Coffee making facilities. A shared Kitchen facility is available with Microwave, Fridge freezer, Kettle, Toaster etc. with Dining facility . Optional Self Service Breakfast £ 2.00 per person.

FROM EAST CROYDON TRAIN STATION BY BLACK TAXI - 2 min. Exit station to the Left. Take a Black Taxi to 42 Grant Road, 0.9 mile.

I had a very pleasant stay.
Unlike some earlier reviews, the two different rooms I stayed in were very clean, tv worked fine, was adequately heated (during very cold weather) and I didn't find it noisy as some other guests had. The location was very good and especially for shopping locally (one of London's biggest shopping centers nearby).
The only minor things were that in the first room, the mattress might benefit from an extra protective layer on top as I could feel the springs slightly (unlike in the second room which was great) - however, I still had a good night's sleep - it just might not be comfortable for an older guest. The second thing was the shower was not super hot in the second room though I was still able to have a shower.
Other than that, I had an enjoyable stay and would not hesitate staying again.

detailed information provided on website to find the hotel, it was easy.
best thing I liked is the homely environment, QUIET, plenty of space and garden on backyard, full facility public kitchen which we enjoyed a lot. People were so friendly and understanding, allowed 2 hours extra stay on checkout since my girlfriend was having headache. I will surely visit again. Hope to visit next to next weekend.
