We would have rated the customer service higher (very friendly) but unfortunately we had to pay in full as soon as we stepped through the door without even having seen our room!..despite guest information in the room saying that guests pay at the end of their stay. Nice hotel with lots of bus services into town etc. Luckily other than our initial reservations regarding the 'welcome' we enjoyed our stay. |

The guesthouse overall and the room itself were beautiful. The hospitality was brilliant. The breakfast was amazing. It is in a great location for both Murrayfield Stadium and the city centre with excellent transit links. |
