Excellent location, delicate choice of colours in the room, polite and serviceminded staff. Lacking general information on the hotel in the room, wi-fi was VERY expensive, no electricity in the bathroom for hairdryer or shaving.

The equivalent of about GBP150 per night for a rather poky room (and breakfast - had we chosen to take it - would have been more than GBP10 pppd extra) seems a lot - but perhaps not for this part of Paris (we have stayed before and know this to be well situated for access to the eastern central area and Ile de la Cite). Though the room was rather small, it was comfortable and the bathroom proportionately more spacious. Overall, a bit shabby in places - but it served its purpose. Certainly very quiet. Staff efficient and friendly, insofar as we had much dealing with them!
