This property opened in june 2008 after a full refurbishment and has 4, en-suite double/twin rooms each with new Flat Screen Freeview TV with DVD/CD player, situated just 1.5 miles from city centre, on the main route through the centrally located Wavertree village. Both Cathedrals, Liverpool Hope and John Moores Universities are just 1.5 miles away whilst the City Night Clubs and Liverpool 1 Shopping Centre, are just 2 miles away. We are 3 miles from Anfield, Goodison Park, and the new Echo Arena at the Pier Head. The new Olympic training Village (Olympic Pool, indoor and outdoor athletics and Tennis) is just 400m away and Allerton Restaurants are within 1 mile. The Airport is 5 miles and Lime Street station just 2 miles. Buses and trains are within easy reach and taxis charge less than £5.00 for the 7 minute journey to the city centre. We don't provide breakfast however the cafe next door and a sandwich shop over the road are brilliant!

As i am a courier driver I was not certain of my arrival time. On th end I arrived at around 11.30 and the owner stayed up to sccomodate my arrival time

Not sure how much I can add that's not been said before, a lovely small privately owned hotel, extremely helpful and friendly management, the hotel has only been open around three months so is modern and of a much higher standard than you would expect for the money. Easy to find (about 5 minutes from the M62), bus stops right outside plus Wavertree train station is a 5 minute walk away, £3.20 for an all day ticket for both bus and train. Great hotel, would recommend it.

They were really friendly and so i would definitly go back. Very helpfull. I did find the bed very uncomfortable though.
