Excellent breakfast - efficient unobtrusive service - very comfortable room - novel bathroom - good views of the sea - lot of stairs to get to it - needed hand soap. Probably not ideal for young families - excellent for couples needing R&R. |

The Zanzibar International Hotel isn't in Zanzibar and isn't a hotel: but it is an absolutely wonderful place to escape from the world. We stayed on a very grey August Bank Holiday birthday treat, and as soon as we came through the door, we were offered a drink by the lovely Trish, and the service throughout our stay was first class but very unobtrusive. |
