Deposit <br />1 night Bookings - £30 per room <br />2+ night Bookings - £30 per person per room<br />NB – Deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable if you Cancel<br />Balance Payments<br />If a balance payment is under £150 – payment is required on arrival<br />If a balance payment is £150 or more – payment is required 14 days prior to arrival<br />Bookings Made within 14 days of Arrival with a total value of £150 or over – Full Payment is required when booking<br />Cancellation Charges <br />All Bookings – Loss of Deposit plus……….<br />If the balance payment is under £150 and you cancel more than 7 days prior to arrival - Deposit only. Less than 7 days, Deposit + additional cost to equal 1st nights accommodation.<br />If the balance payment is £150 or more and cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to arrival – deposit plus additional cost to equal<br />1st & 2nd Nights accommodation. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival - Full Payment.<br />If the Booking can be re-let, a refund of the Balance Payment less ancillary costs will be given.<br />Only written cancellations via email or post & acknowledged by us will be accepted.<br />In the unlikely event it becomes necessary for us to cancel your Booking prior to arrival due to circumstances beyond our control - we will refund all monies paid by you. No other compensation will be payable.<br />We accept Cash, BACS Credits, Cheques to Card limit, Euros, Maestro,Visa* & Mastercard* Credit Cards (*service charge £2)<br />
