Excellent friendly customer service when difficulties arose (electricity not working in room), bags can be left free of charge at Reception. Hotel extremely clean and modern. Room and bathroom small but well-laid out, beds very soft but comfortable. Tea- and coffee-making facilities. Good value for money and recommended for short stays (due to small size of room).

The hotel is at convenient location from the tube station, but the room was so small, bed was uncomfortable, quilt was for 5 feet person and mattress was rubbish. one can hardly squeeze in Toilet . Not a good value for the amount of money.
