This is a 2 bedroom Serviced Self-Catering apartment. Sleeps 5 adults. Also has a double sofa bed in lounge. Apartment is newly built & contemporary, well designed and comfortable with a home from home relaxing feel. It is located on the first floor with only 9 steps to the apartment. It is just 5 minutes walk to its own shopping centre where all amenities such as supermarkets, banks, local restaurants and bars can be utilised. This apartment is just 10 minutes drive the the Bristol City Centre and comes with allocated parking space for 1 vehicle. Facilities Available with this apartment are: Fully furnished, with a double sofa bed in lounge, fully equipped kitchen, free broadband, allocated parking on site, flat screen TVs with sky plus sports and entertainment channels, power shower over bath, security entry phone system, towel and bed linen change and cleaning once per week. Apartment was in a less salubrious area of town, and there were a couple of minor maintenance issues in the flat itself (loose light switch on the wall, loose fixture in the bathroom, somewhat worn mattress). Price reflected this for Bristol, but given that the apartment was a bus ride out of town, I'd not stay here again.

Everything was great given the 70 pounds we got charged for a night, the neighbourhood is a little bit 'dodgy' but if you're driving should be no problem

Modern flat on outskirts Bristol. Not too far to town centre. Clean and tidy but soundproofing could be better as some noise from neighbours.

The Lounge and the Kitchen is all open plan, no door between the kitchen and the lounge ! Due to the proximity of the Kitchen and the sofa bed (approx 6ft, when the sofa bed is open), the fridge unfortunately has a tendency of keeping you awake and due to the heat of the apartment the windows need to be left open, resulting in external noise of neighbouring houses/cars also not helping in getting a pleasant nights sleep. The apartment was clean but no additional blankets were left for the sofa bed (this might have been a simple oversight). The quilt for the double bedroom was in clear need of washing with stains clearly visible, but due to the heat in the apartment, it luckily wasn’t needed. The location was OK, but not suitable for a family with young children. Parking is available, but not secure. Flat screen TV was great. Don’t believe that the rating (4) is a true reflection, should be 3
