Buckingham House "Chester's Best Kept Secret" is offering special rates for a 2/3 day stay. We are ten minute walk into the beautiful historic city centre or a five minutes walk to the Race Course. It is an elegant Victorian building which maintains many of its original features. Located just ten minutes walk into the beautiful historic city centre, close to the Race Course and River Dee. All the major attractions Chester has to offer are just a step away, and we are within easy walking distance of the bustling heart of the city. Row or sail down the river, or take a cyle ride. Walking the Roman Walls is a must together with visiting the Cathedral and sampling the cities many restaurants, wine bars and Inns.

The bedrooms in Buckingham House are spacious and impeccably kept. Just as you would expect. All our rooms are both welcoming and secure. Each room has an en-suite bathroom or shower, some with a view over the garden or the Welsh Hills, together with a complimentary hot beverage tray, hairdryer and Digital TV. DVD and WiFi. We have a ground floor en-suite for people with walking difficulties.Buckingham House has a small dining room seating 12 people, overlooking the garden. So whether it's the famous Buckingham House Breakasts (porridge cooked to a secret recipe on my own Aga) or farm-fresh eggs served on a bed of straw, attention to detail is where we start.
