Staff in the evening very helpful, the one during the day just a bit too strict, food good, room small but very well displayed, very clean, quite (except the disco in the hotel on the other side of the road on Sunday night that ends up...well I can't remember I had my ear-plugs!) |

Family room was to compact for a family, the water pressure in the shower was very poor and consisted of a dribble. Loose tiles in the bathroom on the floor which were a hazard. |

The staff were very nice and friendly, I had a few dealing with them via email before we went down about parking etc and the responses were very fast and accurate. The hotel itself is ok and for the price probably excellent and the room was fine, the main let down was the bed! it basically had a whole in it some how, and we didn't sleep a wink all night, really i always believed that if you had a bed then you'd sleep, but oh no it was like sleeping on rocks so uncomfortable, oh and the blinds were a bit broken but for that price you don't expect too much. The location was good, but i'd spend a little more myself next time and stay at the marriot! just to make sure you have a good bed.. ok for those on a real budget |

Initially I was to stay at this hotel for only one night but my schedule changed and I ended up staying three nights then extended to five. The staff were very pleasant and accommodated my changing needs. The room was a single and though it was small (as expected) it was very clean and newly renovated. The location is very convenient - about a 5 minute walk from the Earl's Court tube station. Breakfast was continental and had a good choice of fruit, cereal, bread and pastries, juice, tea and coffee. My experience was positive and I would definitely stay in this hotel again. |
