was a bit disappointed with the location as, hoped for a more villagey place with nice local pub but was just off an A road, didn't help that the weather was horrible. Shoudl have researched the walks taht we could have done. Staff were very nice and the food was lovely!

The hotel is better inside than it looks from the outside.
We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the evening meal.
The location is good for exploring the Black Mountains
One downside is the 'Town' of Trecastle, it's just a row of houses!!
