The accomadation was not as good as we have experineced elsewhere, the all electric heating is not good, and the flat lacked character, perhaps because it was new. These apartments were not my thing, but they were not bad or unpleasent. |

I booked our stay through laterooms to stay in an apartment at Western Harbour, when i called that night regarding the collection of keys i was told that they did not have a record of my booking and the office was closing which would not give me enough time to pick up keys from the office. I was given instructions to pick up keys from a key safe in Queen Street (opposite direction of where i should have been staying), when i arrived the gate to access the key safe was padlocked therefore my partner had to climb over the high gate to access the key safe. The apartment we were given was an apartment in the Cowgate. The reason i chose western harbour was due to free parking and quiet area as ma partner had jst come off from a 30hr flight from NZ but was given a busy area with noise from bars around the area and had to pay for parking and ended up with a parking ticket. Apartment was nice but not what i had booked. Very dissapointed with the service. |
