Comfort Zone specialise in letting apartment accommodation in London in the UK. Offering a choice of 4 star self-catering serviced apartments (sleeping up to six people) to rent at a price which is more affordable than most 3 star city centre hotels. All of our serviced apartments have a 24 hour concierge service. They are fully equipped and have living/dining areas, a fully fitted kitchen, sumptuous bedrooms (master with en-suite), separate bathroom facilities, panoramic river views and a balcony (available with some apartments only). Our accommodation rental packages are flexible and tailored to your needs. You can stay for a minimum of two nights or a week, a month or longer.

We are offering a relaxed space where you can feel at ease without having to conform to the typical hotel rota for cleaning, breakfast and lunch, but at the same time with many of the added services of a hotel. Our luxury serviced apartments in London are located in Greenwich in the heart of Woolwich Town Centre (in a new development known as The Vista Building, SE18 6JF). Woolwich Town Centre is a vibrant multi-cultural area with great shops and cuisine (including Halal & Vegetarian Asian, Chinese, African, Caribbean etc fast-food/restaurants). There are places of worship for different religious groups within easy reach. Woolwich Town Centre is great for bargains hunters (you must check out the M&S and Clarks/Kays Clearance Stores) as well as the vibrant local market (open daily Monday to Saturday):
• Just 3 minutes walk from Woolwich Arsenal station (0.2 miles) in Zone 4 and 20 minutes to Trafalgar Square (Charing Cross Station), or London Bridge and Cannon Street Stations.
• Few minutes drive to the O2 Dome, London ExCel, Canary Wharf and the Thames Barrier.
• Few minutes train journey to Greenwich University.
• Free Car/Pedestrian Ferry Crossing (to selected destinations only). Commuter River Service also available.

PLEASE NOTE: Check-in and Check-out:
The rules for check-in and check-out are set by Comfort Zone Serviced Apartments. Check-in is strictly between 3pm until 8pm unless prior advance notice is given to us. We reserve the right to administer a surcharge of £25 if check-in occurs after 8pm. Guests who have not contacted us by 8pm on the day of arrival may not be guaranteed their apartment. Guests MUST telephone Comfort Zone Serviced Apartments at least 1 hour before arrival so that arrangements could be made to meet & greet them at reception. Check-out is strictly by11am. Late check-outs will incur a full day's charge. PAYMENT DETAILS: Please note that full payment will be deducted from your credit card upon confirmation of your booking.
PLEASE NOTE: Smoking is not permitted in the apartments or in the internal communal areas of the apartment blocks. A charge of £50 will be made from the security deposit, if evidence of smoking is discovered in the apartment.

It's not exactly on the doorstop of the sights - but for the size and the money you can't really go wrong.
Large rooms, view of the Thames (Docklands/City Airport rather than London Bridge and Westminster...but the Thames no less). The concierges are very helpful, the car park situation isn't as bad as everyone says it is. If you choose to park in the back car park you're closer to the apartment - and you can enter through the back door (past the bins etc) - but you don't HAVE to, you can still walk round to the front door if bins aren't you're thing. Also - they offer you a car park pass for the multistorey next door, which is very secure so unless you have tons of stuff to carry in and out each day, I'd opt for that if you're concerned about your car.
In terms of the accommodation. It's all modern kit, new kitchen appliances, big LCD TV, (laminate) wood floors. If you're flying from City Airport, account for the fact that the river crossing is the Woolwich Ferry. It's dead quick and easy - but probably allow a little more time than your SatNav thinks.

Furniture a little tired. Apartment door had seen better days. Area quite noisy at night. Staff very friendly though :)

The accommodation was much more spacious than expected and very well equipped. It was perfect for a group of friends catching up together over a weekend. Woolwich isn't a particularly nice area, but we weren't looking to sample the local facilities. The concierge were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
I would definitely use these facilities again, especially for the great price.

The apartment was clean and tidy, the bedrooms were a little on the small side, the mattress's in the second bedroom both need replacing, nice view. Just a shame about the location.

Bedrooms a bit small but fantastic view from balcony and pleasant living area. Wooden floors throughought and bathrooms clean. No corkscrew though !!
