Our stay at the headland was a very enjoyable one. There was ample on-site free car parking, there was a storage area for me to leave my surfboard. Reception staff were very helpful, even printed me off a surf report for the weekend. Our room was immaculate. Very modern considering we had the 'budget' room. Dressing gowns were left for us. Breakfast was very good too. Lots of choice, and brilliant service, whilst over looking fantastic views. Thoroughly enjoyed the use of the indoor pool and jucuzzi, and sunbathed next to the outdoor pool. Even after we had to check out o the hotel, we were still allowed to park onsite and use the hotel facilities. very pleased with our stay here, just wish it was a little cheaper!

My comments are based on very frequent visits to Hotels about Britain. The Hotel was listed as 4 Star, I don't how many years ago this was given its accreditation. It certainly was not in the last 10 years, I would guess. The room itself was basically a cupboard in the middle of the Hotel. The rooms were very dowding and in bad need of redecorating, the bathroom was in serious need of restoration; storage facility for clothing were vitually non existent a small cupboard, not what you would expect of a 4 Star Hotel. The basic Travel lodges dotted about the country are in better condition. Not very good value for money.
