White Waters Hotel is a new hotel situated in delightful surroundings overlooking the River Dee and yet located only one mile from the town centre. The ethos of this new hotel is to offer the highest quality of luxurious accommodation and service with a restaurant dedicated to fine dining and an environment to provide that ‘little extra’ that puts it apart from other more standard hotels. It offers 24 bedrooms all with ensuite facilities.The hotel also has a Roman Jacuzzi Spa and steam room.

Directions to White Waters Country Hotel

From the North - From the M56 take Junction 15 onto the M53 and take the left exit from the roundabout at the end of the motorway sign-posted A55 and Queensferry. Stay on A55 until you reach turn-off sign-posted A483 Wrexham and continue on dual carriageway for approx. 15 miles and come off at junction sign posted A539 Llangollen. The town is approx 5 miles further on. Go through the Town Centre up to the lights and take a right onto the old A5. You will find us approx. 1 mile further down the road on the right hand side. From the South - Exit M6 at Junction 10A for M54 and Shrewsbury and continue along M54 until it blends with the A5. You are now on Telford's historic London to Holyhead Road and follow signs for the A5 past Oswestry and onto Llangollen. On entering Llangollen, proceed straight on at the traffic lights on the A5 Corwen Road. You will find us approx. 1 mile further down the road on the right hand side.

Rooms too hot - no aircon. Strange layout - need to walk through the bar and past the kitchen area to get to rooms! Only had breakfast and that was certainly not up to much. Much better and better value hotels in the locality.

We had a great two days sorry it wasn't longer.
Every one was very friendly, the food good, and they serve a good pint of beer.

A really nice hotel in a beautiful location overlooking the river.
Fantastic welcome - the young man at reception was brilliant!! Barman, as always, very pleasant.
The food however was very disappointing.
I ate in the restaurant rather than the bar because I fancied something different but I may as well have eaten at a cafe. The staff were good though no one asked me why I had left so much food. Only the receptionist enquired about my stay and I gave him my feedback. I wonder if it got back to the kitchen?

Lovely staff, beautiful view, easy to find and park, very clean with all new and well chosen fittings and furniture, good food although I was disappointed that the fruit at breakfast was from a tin.
Room was very good except it was too hot and bed would be too small for a large couple. Excellent value.
