The Residenza Santa Maria was opened in 2007 as a result of the meticulous restoration of artisan workshops in a 18th century building with an internal courtyard, today transformed into a charming and peaceful sitting room for our guests.
Renovation of the antique brick archways and wooden beamed ceilings, as well as the artistic hand painted frescos and wall decorations, give the Residenza Santa Maria an atmosphere of refined elegance.
The spacious rooms all have private bathrooms with both shower and bath, and are equipped with air conditioning, telephone, mini bar, safe deposit, and satellite TV and free Internet connection.
All rooms are no smoking.

FROM TERMINI STATION = At the Termini St. exit, you will find the taxi stand and the bus station (the taxi fare could be 15,00/20,00 Euro, depending on traffic). The bus that you will have to take is the Number " H " to Largo Belli (1st stop after the "Garibaldi " bridge) When you get off, take Via Lungaretta until you get to Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere. From there, on your left facing the church , walking below the arc and veer left into Via dell`Arco San Calisto strait down up to # 20 where we are FROM TRASTEVERE From Trastevere railway station, you will find the taxi stand or on Viale Trastevere there is the bus # H or the tram # 8 (the taxi fare could be 10,00 Euro, depending on traffic). You need to take the bus or the tram to Largo Belli ( last stop before crossing "Garibaldi " bridge) When you get off, take Via Lungaretta to Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere. From there, on your left facing the church , walking below the arc and veer left into Via dell`Arco San Calisto strait down up to # 20 where we are

We actually ended up staying at the sister hotel - Hotel Santa Maria - which was fab.
