Well what can i say the best £45 i have ever spent! Rooms where lovely, cosy, well kept traditional shared bathrooms, very spacious and clean with a great view of the river tweed & surounding area. Not really like a hotel but like a guest in a very nice family home! |

The accomodation is really a room in the family house. Not all of teh rooms had cooking facilities, and the bathroom(s) are shared with other occupants and the owners family. The quality of the accomodation, despite the lack of facilities is very good, and the views up and down the river from the room are magnificent. |

The Owner, was very helpful and friendly. We were a late booking and she and her husband had to set up the room for us and our two children on very short notice. We had to leave very early and her daughter was very helpful in helping us settle our bill and get on our way. |
