Welcome to Lyndricks House situated just 1 mile from the Ascot Race Course and other major attractions like Windsor Castle, Legoland, Thorpe Park, Virginia Water Lake, Hampton Court, Bracknell, Wentworthand Sunninghill Golf Courses. A family-run guesthouse that has recently been refurbished to high standards, that beautifully compliment its beautiful surroundings - making it an ideal place to stay for both business and pleasure. Just 25 minutes from Heathrow Airport, 10 minutes from the major motorways M3, M4, M25 and in close proximity of main business areas such as Bracknell, Camberley, Egham, Guildford, Reading, Staines, Windsor and Woking. As the guesthouse has been refurbished recently, we have ensured that we are able to raise the bar higher for in-room services. Services and facilities include broadband connection, fresh fruit replenished daily, mini fridge in room, in-room breakfast, television, hot beverages and parking.

Having stayed in and around Ascot several times for work, on this occasion I stayed at Lyndricks House. This B&B far exceeds the others that I have stayed in, both for location and value for money. The proprieters are very helpful, organised and efficient. The establishment is in a very quiet area giving a good nights sleep. I would recommend this establishment to anyone wishing to visit Ascot/Windsor and the surrounding areas.

Although comfortable, and very clean the single room was EXTREMELY tiny which was unfortunate with no communal area -which therefore meant no choice but to stay in the room. I would certainly use the hotel again but would book a double room even for single occupancy or ask for a reduction of the single room rate.

Nice room but I was on ground floor and people above obviously leaving for early flight not on business like me and was awoken at 5 a.m. with dragging suitcases etc other than this great hotel and liked the fridge idea and breakfast left in your room
