Lushpads Northern Quarter

Arrived on Monday afternoon, the apartment was very difficult to find, but phoned Jenny who gave us directions around the one way system. The apartment is very impressive and in fact gorgous, very clean and although on a busy street no sounds from outside could be heard. My friends and I would definitely stay there again.

When we arrived at the Lush Pad we were all very impressed. The pictures on the website are very accurate. The owner jennie directed us to the apartment and met us there and gave us a quick tour round. We only had two problems- the first was a lack of warm water when the fourth person was getting a shower but I felt it was to late to ring jennie and we managed. My other concern is that I felt the apartment hadnt been cleaned especially the kitchen and bathroom. On the whole if you are a group of people visiting manchester I think this is a better option than any hotel. It was a positive experience and would use the apartment again .

We were pleasantly surprised when entering the apartment. It looked bigger and better than the photos. Very tidy and had more than enough gadgets. Jenny was very nice and helpful. Will be staying again.

We stayed for two nights at the apartment and had a fantastic time. We were met by the owner jenny who was most helpful and showed us around the apartment. The apartment itself is stunning! fantastic location, beautiful decor. Really felt like a (posh) home from home. Would definetly stay again. Is perfect place for a special occasion! Thank you jenny!

I was very impressed with the apartment, very good taste and everything there that you needed. My only concern was that when booking this apartment i was sent the wrong confirmation and was advised that only 50% would be taken as a deposit and the remaning amount would be payable upon arrival. Howver, the full amount was taken at the point of sale unbeknown to me. When i tried to contact the owner she was very helpful and explained that this was a system error but promised to call me back when she was able to discuss this issue with me. I never received the call back. When i called on the day to get directins and advice on how to get the key for the apartment, Jenny yhte owner said she had forgotten that we were coming and didnt have the booking down in her diary. I got no apology for the call not being returned nor did she make any effort to reassure me that the room would be ready as she had forgotten we were booked in. Above all, we had a pleasent stay and i would recommend this apartment to others.
