Overseas B&B

Customer service was good, the staff were very friendly, the only reason i did'nt them a higher mark, was because on the last morning we left at about 7.00, they said they would put some breakfast outside the room for us, but they forgot.
The room was nice, it was a good size and clean, i would take your earplugs with you as it is situated on a fairly main road, we had a room at the back of the building so the noise was not too bad, but we could hear and smell the Chinese resturant that was downstairs.
the room was also very hot in the evenings. but we didn't spent to much time in the hotel as we were out exploring Rome for most of the day.
This hotel was better then i expected, given the price and location, it is right next to the train, bus and metro station, and within walking distance to most of the attractions, with plenty of resturants and shops in the area.

Se encuentra justo en frente de la estanción de Termini.
El "hotel" está en una 1ª planta de un edificio antiquísimo. Se nota que está reformado recientemente ya que el baño tiene todos los sanitarios nuevos y todo el mobiliario de la habitación es nuevo. El colchón de las camas es lo peor, cada día nos levantábamos con dolor de espaldas. Teníamos minibar que nunca funcionó, aunque nos dijeron que lo repararían. No se por qué ofrecen desayuno, es imposible tomarlo; lo llevan a la habitación por no haber un lugar destinado a ello y consiste en taza de café soluble, muy fuerte y amargo, rebanada de pan de molde sin tostar, un croisant de relleno de chocolate y zumo de polvos que no se puede tomar.

first point it this "its not a hotel , its kind of like flat and they are renting rooms". it doesnt even have a name banner in front of it because it is located on 1st floor of residential building block. and it is located in the worst slum area in ROME. this area area is full of home less people and its really dangerous in the night. i booked 4 nigths and as soon as i get there after seeing the street i said i want to cancel but they push me of stupid terms that i have to stay for 2 nights coz i cant cancel before 12 am. so i stayed in there for 2 nights and moved to other hotel.

One good thing about this hostel is that it is near Rome terminal station. However, it is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed. The hostel is not in a very good area. When I arrived, the reception just took me to my room which is another building (It is not stated in lateroom booking). When I arrived at the room, I found that the room is terrible; the bathroom is worse. The room is not like the pictures posted on the lateroom website. It was like the ower just rented the old, dingy, bad-conditioned apartment and converted it into the rooms for the hostel.
