It is fine. Although close to the motorway, the room was well soundproofed. Happy to stay there again |

Superb hotel very clean and lovely and warm - by far the best we have stayed at in birmingham in the sane price range. Only problem was the fire alarm which went off late at night and v early in the morning - but it turned out to be due to a guest and not the hotel's fault at all. Staff were very apologetic about it. Would definately stay here again infact am booking t for next month as was so impressed |

Well - lift was broken, shower leaked into room and soaked clothes, holes in the ceiling where lights had been moved, afterthought lamp switches on the wall badly fitted, cardboard boxes littered around the back of the car park, bathroom very nice but extremely small. Having said all that, the hotel was newly opened so in a couple of months when they sort the problems it will be very nice! Reception staff friendly. Very close to motorway so ideal for connections. |
