The hotel was lovely and staff were very helpful. The food was really good and value for money but our stay would have been better value for money had breakfast been included in the price. |

Restaurant food excellent and reasonably priced for the quality. Breakfast was reasonable, bacon sweated and not crispy, black and white pudding like draughts pieces, hard and black and white. Eggs cooked fresh to order though. Excellent Pub/bar attached. All round great service from the staff, cheerful and efficient. Location 15min walk to town centre, near the river, but overlooks fuel depot and a bit noisy in the early hours if you leave your window open. No a/c. |
