This stunning and spacious 2 bedroom, split level apartment is perfectly located. It is just a 5 minute walk to the popular bars on Western Road and central Brighton is just 15 minute walk (or a shorter cab ride!) The quieter beaches of Hove are a 3 minute stroll. This apartment comfortably sleeps 5 people. It is also ideally located if you are a cricket fan, with the Sussex cricket grounds just 200 meters from your front door. Please note that we operate a two night minimum stay for weekends and weekly rates are available on request.
If you are looking for accommodation which is equipped to cater for all the family or a cheaper option to accommodate a group, this is the apartment for you. Please note that we do not accept stag or hen night bookings or large single sex bookings.
The apartment comes fully equipped with a TV, DVD player, CD player and can sleep up to 5 people as one double room and the other room contains a single and a double bed. Fresh sheets and towels will be provided at the start of your stay. There is a fully equipped kitchen and welcome food packs can be arranged for your arrival. Children are welcome and travel cots can be provided on request.

The 2 bedroom flat in Hove was great overall and suited a mixed group with kids. It was great to have a 2nd telly (so the teenagers could play the PSP in the bedroom) but it would've been great to have Freeview and Broadband which were lacking and would've made the flat perfect for our needs. There also werent enough wine glasses (only 2!) byt otherwise it was fine and the flat was warm and very clean. It was great to have a travelk cot set up. A spare mattress would've been useful for us ( as i requested the owner). The owner was very helpful when i called to ask for information. Parking permits would've been useful to park outside but i know councils can restrict the amount of there allocated.

I stayed here for 2 nights with three of my friends and the service we received was brilliant. We were met by a nice bloke who gave us the keys and simply said "have a good weekend, leave the keys when you go" SUPURB! The laid-back attitude has the thumbs up from me and I would recommend staying here! Well furnished, good location, and most of all easy to find when your have had a few... Great weekend! Thanks

Great location for the beach and nightlife. Beware of the parking outside the apartment.(permit holders only). No full length mirror.

Although I probably wouldn't want to stay there again, I would say that the flat offered reasonable value for money. We paid £170 for four of us to stay for two nights. For that sort of money you don't expect luxury. One of the unexpected benefits was a wii machine, which kept the kids entertained. Parking can be a problem, as the on-street parking is permit-only and the owner has limited access to permits. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom was less impressive. The mattress in the double room is thin and we both found it uncomfortable. The location is pretty good: the sea front is only a ten minutes stroll away, and the nearest part of Brighton is about the same distance. We walked from the flat to the centre of Brighton and back without great discomfort.
