just one slight criticism.......no phone in hotel room and with a very poor if any signal for mobile phone networks, it would be a good idea and more convenient if each room was equipped with a house phone. |

Our room was clean, warm and very quiet despite being at the very front of the hotel. Breakfast was good. My only criticism would be that service for dinner was exceptionally slow. Despite only ordering main courses, we did not receive any food until 90 minutes after we sat down. There were a couple of groups in and I'm not sure if this was the problem or just that the kitchen could not manage. The waiting staff were polite but did not offer any real explanation. A number of other guests in at the same time were equally disappointed. I think that the room provides adequate value for money but if I was staying here again then I would choose to eat elsewhere in the evening. |
