This welcoming family run Hotel is situated conveniently close to the M74 motorway on the southside of Lockerbie. Standing proud within its 4 acres of landscaped gardens, it is easily accessed from the south of Lockerbie on the B723 and is complete with ample parking facilities and Outdoor childrens' play area.
Whether enjoying a drink, snack or meal in our comfortable lounge bar, cocktail or coffee lounges, all culinary tastes are fully catered for.
Each of our newly refurbished ensuite rooms have tv, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, toiletries and tea/coffee making facilities.
Our leisure complex offers FREE use to hotel residents of sauna, or perhaps for the more energetic a workout in our well equipped gym, or a game of snooker on our full championship table.

Bar meal was good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was below average as the sausages had been deep-fried and when I cut into one the grease shot out nearly hitting me in the face. The coffee at breakfast tasted like it was instant. Room had recently been updated but the bathroom fittings had not as the shower mixer controls were very temperamental. Nice flat screen TV but poor reception and no Digital channels.

Outside with 70s extention was a
offputting, was in old building which has been upgraded so much nicer than expected.Pool shut but I wasn't using it.

Although the staff apologised and deducted 20 pounds off our bill the next morning without a request from us, the disco loudly under our room until 1am, was a definate diadvantage.

Hotel was very easy to find off the M74 however its proximity to the motorway made it very noisy. However in saying that its not often in Scotland that you need to sleep with your windows open! The staff were very friendly and accomodating and our room was newly decorated to a high standard. Bit of the hotel were in need of refurbishment but it didn't spoil our enjoyment of our stay.
