Single room very cramped for £60 - a case of style over substance. Breakfast room dominated by v.large TV @ loud volume- this is not a pub. breakfast room smelt of cooking. The staff were very friendly tho |

What can we say - this Guest House is a gem of a find in the City Of Exeter!!! It should be classed as a boutique Guest House/Hotel. Graham & Leon were exceptional hosts, never before have we stayed somewhere and felt so welcomed, at home and at ease. The room we stayed in was of a superior standard, beautiful decor & furnishings right the way through - attention to detail is incredible, nothing was too much trouble, and breakfast the next day was more than we expected. Forget staying in 'large, faceless corporate hotels' and stay here. We shall certainly be spreading the word! |
