New hotel which is superbly funrished, excellent value for money and the customer service was impecable. I arrived very late yet they were still abel to assit with my onward journey arrangements, booking taxis and negotiaing rate etc. Helped especially by the Receptions staff, one of whom was local and knew all about local train stations, taxis and the area generally. |

We got offered tea and toast as we had an early start however it never arrived. We were running short of time so never asked for it but it would have been nice to have woken up to a refreshing cup of tea! Hotel was spotless though and couldn't ask for better value for money. |

Hotel is well located for the airport. Rooms are fine & although I had to move rooms, the staff were very helpful & that was no major issue. |

On arrival the barrier to the car park was broken and I had to sound my horn and wait for several minutes before I was aknowledged. The staff on arrival had no details of my booking and told me that I had to sort it out myself with Late Rooms even though I had printed confirmation with a booking reference from late rooms. Indeed they stated that I could have written this myself!! I therefore spoke to the manager who sorted the matter but at no time was I offered an apology. I was kept awake most of the night with cars sounding their horn to enter the car park owing to the broken barrier. On arrival at breakfast I was informed that there had not been a delivery hence no fresh food for breakfast. I consumed a second rate banana. A truly terrible experience. |
