Definitely not what we would call "Four Star" so this classification is misleading. Car park was very cramped. Although the room was described as a "Luxury Room" this was definitely not the case. Although tastefully decorated the room was dusty and some things were a bit grubby. Some breakfast table items looked as if they needed a good wash, which was rather off- putting.

While place was okay I wouldn't say it was good value. It was little more than a B&B and at that price I would expect more. The landlady was pleasant enough and the breakfast was okay but nothin special.

This is not a hotel - more of a large B & B, the owner called prior to our arrival telling us not to turn up until 6.00pm as there was no staff to check us in.
A dog was barking in the room next to ours until after 11.00pm - luke warm shower in the morning

Thank you for a wonderful stay at Rosehill Spa. Jolian (who was standing in for Sandy and Peter) was a wonderful host, who was extremely helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful and well prepared and the room was very comfortable and clean and tidy. The surroundings of the Spa were very nice and green. The Spa itself was great with the treatments excellent value for money and the therapists very good at their job. Would I stay there again in the future? Without hesitation, definitely!! Thanks again. Angie & Neil Davidson
