What a wonderful find this bed and breakfast was! Run by a lovely Geordie family, our accommodation was superb, the room having a fridge, tea and coffe and 'proper' chocolate biscuits! We needed our 'sat. nav.' to find the farm, but our host offered to drive us back into Pickering where we were having a meal, and we could get a taxi back. I would certainly recommend this bed and breakfast as a haven of peace and tranquility. |

Off the beaten track and at least a mile from the nearest pub/restaurant, a car (with sat nav) is essential for this little gem. The small but immaculate rooms are well designed and very comfortable with good quality furnishings. The children were disappointed not to meet any of the animals but enjoyed the other activities. The pretty courtyard area is well equiped with patio furniture and heaters so sitting outside in the late evening was an added bonus. Very enjoyable. |
