Serviced Apartments@The Mowbray

This apartment was a home away from home - so much nicer than staying in a hotel. It was spacious with contemporary funishings and it was great to have a duvet and dvd player. Only downside was that there was no internet connection.

These apartments were finished to a very high standard and had everything you would require foer a comfortable stay.
Our room had a balcony overlooking the Winter Gardens. The location was only a short stroll to the busier end of Sunderland making it a perfect location. Thjey are by far the best equipped apserviced apartments I have stayed in. The living area was quite small but this was not a problem. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

My husband and I were really impressed with the standard of our superior double, the decor and furniture were very new and modern, the bed was really comfortable and the sofa was great size. Excellent kitchen area, with good quality appliances, handy dishwasher and even washing machine if needed. Only slight criticisms were it seemed as if the living area hadn't been well hoovered as I found reminants of food on the floor and a toe nail - yuk !
Apart from that minor criticism we would definately use this apartment again and enjoyed having a balcony and great views over the Winter Gardens and being walking distance to sunderland town centre.
