This privately owned, luxury hotel has a fabulous reputation. Brilliant contemporary interiors, two excellent restaurants, the happening Lobby Bar, warm, professional service and a great location in Covent Garden, right in the middle of London. Bedrooms have state-of-the-art technology, Bang & Olufsen flat screen televisions, complimentary Wi Fi, televisions in the bathrooms, 100% pure and natural bath products from REN and fresh fruit and flowers are placed in every room daily. Axis at One Aldwych and Indigo, two of London's most fashionable restaurants, are a short walk to the Opera and many of London's major theatres - perfect for pre or post theatre supper. The Lobby Bar is well known for its great choice of original cocktails. Fantastic high class hotel, staff could not be more professional and helpful to your needs. fashionable, professional and stylish in every way, not a warm "family" hotel, but that is not the goal. A fantastic place that I will be visiting again.

A great luxury hotel with very friendly and personal sevice. I enjoyed the pool, the (free) use of a laptop computer supplied by the hotel, and the daily fresh fruit. Only point of criticism would be the breakfast, which wasn't included. Warmly recommended!
