Very clean and modern, the staff were very friendly. It is about a qiuck five minute walk into the town centre and I would recomend the GAL restaurant nearby. I would recomend Lloyds to anyone looking for a city break in Chester. The only drawback I can mention is that the bathroom was very small.

Very good value for money; very clean room and, although en suite bath was small, it was spotless. Hotel owner was very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Shame they had to use tinned mushrooms in the full breakfast. Hooks for hanging needed in the bathroom-which was a little small.

A warm welcome and friendly service, this is a good value budget hotel very close to the Railway station and just a 10min walk into the centre of Chester.
