This accommodation was right on the promenade, the location was fantastic. Although the room was small we were out all day and night so size didn't matter. Breakky was a good start to the day, and the owners (forgotten their names now) were very friendly. Would recommend this place to others. |

Excellent location opposite the South Pier & within easy reach of the Pleasure Beach. Warm & friendly atmosphere. We were able to book in on arrival, prior to midday. The room was ideal for a couple & one child. The food was excellent. There are no fussy regulations regarding entry to the hotel as long as you were considerate to other guests. |

The only major problem was parking, there is another hotel car park which can be used around the corner (at a price) and there is street parking but it is not ideal. what was a lovely surprise was the fact that the hotel was on the seafront and our room looked over the beach, from the maps it appears that the hotel is a street away from the beach. it is an ideal location for the pleasure beach and there are plenty of trams for getting to the north pier. |
