We are located just off the centre of St Annes Take the M6 to junction 32 onto the M55, follow signs for Blackpool Airport. Continue past the Airport over Squires Gate Bridge. Turn left at the next set of traffic lights, follow this road through 2 sets of traffic lights for about 2 miles . After the 2nd set we are located about200 yards on the left . If you have any problems please don't hesitate to call and we will guide you in.

Fabulous B&B, lovely big room, great breakfast. Wouldn't call it a boutique hotel though.

Excellent location, central for all amenities, hotel tastefully furnished, very comfortable and clean, staff very friendly, tasty home cooked breakfast which sets you up for the day. Would highly recommend.

Very professionally run. A lot of thought has gone into the decor, and the braekfast was excellent.
