Situated just a few minutes' stroll from the Promenade this penthouse apartment offers total comfort and luxury. Everything from the beautiful Harlequin curtains and exquisitely soft leather sofa in the living room to the crisp, Egyptian cotton sheets, comfortable beds and large, fluffy towels is of the utmost quality. Complete with free broadband, Sky TV, iPod docking station, flat screen TV, DVD player, CD/radio and radio alarm, there is everything the discerning business person or leisure visitor requires to make their stay enjoyable. The apartment has gated, allocated parking and lift access. The accommodation comprises a living/dining room, well equipped kitchen, double bedroom with en suite shower room, separate bathroom and twin bedded/double room (beds can be made up either way).

Great flat in a great location which made our weekend even better than anticipated. The welcome pack is a really nice touch and I would not hesitate in recommending staying here.

Fantastically presented large apartment in central Cheltenham. Rooms had all modern facilities and it was all very clean. Liz welcomed us and made us really feel at home. Would definitely stay again when we are next in the area. All in all, a great apartment.

Apartment perfect for business and leisure trips in Cheltenham as centrally located and very good value for money. Modern facilities provided, very clean and presented to high standard including kitchen stocked with quality food. Friendly welcome by Liz Hutson (responsible for bookings) and full brief given on access to building, secure parking and local amenities.
