The apartment head office was extremely difficult to find and badly sign posted, only finding it on foot through process of elimination and finding an A4 poster stuck to a window to indicate its location. The service was poor, managed by staff who appeared to not know anything about my booking, also no parking space was reserved for our party. Arriving at our room there was no extra duvet for the sofa bed and after requesting one we had to wait over an hour for its arrival, the duvet came without a cover. |

This was a great alternative to a hotel. Good quiet location near Mailbox. All that could be faulted was the lack of light at the front door: a bit daunting late at night. Otherwise, everything was as it said it should be. Reception staff were particularly friendly and helpful. |
