We can provide an out of hours check in service ( please contact us when making booking to confirm) as well as a 24 hour on-call manager to deal with any queries you may have whilst staying with us. All guests must confirm their reservation 24 hours prior to arrival by calling our bookings office and providing an arrival time. Our cancellation policy is 7 days prior to arrival. Please note: a security deposit of £250 is required for each apartment booked to cover loss or damage to the apartment and its contents or any problems resulting in parties which are strictly prohibited in all our apartments - this will be taken in the form of a pre-authorisation on your credit card and released once the apartment has been checked after your departure.
