Superior Stay Serviced Apartments

The Apartment was very smart, however, I wasn't particularly happy about the cleanliness - the ensuite bathroom didn't appear to have been cleaned very well and the kitchen floor hadn't been swept so still had crumbs on it. Also, the staff didn't advise us we had to switch the hot water on so when we went to have a shower / bath the water was freezing! We ended up being late. The staff were nice enough when we seen them.

Off street parking not the greatest, but apartment warm and well appointed. Would recommend.

It was quite hard to find! We arrived by taxi, which dropped us at the bottom of the hill. It was dark and the stret is VERY poorly lit. A simple thing like a light above your sign would help enormously. The appartment itself was faultless!

If you get the chance to stay here - DO!! This was amazing, much better than a hotel, we only wish we'd stayed longer. A definate when staying in Newcastle!

Brilliant value for the money I paid and in a very good location. Only criticism was that the access up a steep cobbled hill was not ideal and it was quite hidden away. If it hadnt been snowing and winter doubt this would not have bothered me.
Apartment size was fabulous, well equipped and very pleasant.
