    The hotel was easy enough to find although not walkable from Porto-Vecchio so you do need a car. The room was spacious, clean and contemporary in feel. The hotel pool was excellent and the surrounding grounds nice. The one real problem with this hotel is the distance to Porto-Vecchio. It is well on the outskirts so you do have to drive really. This would not be so much of a problem if the hotel restaurant and bar were a good option but they are not really. You cannot casualy dine at the restaurant, having to book ahead in the day. If no one has booked it looks like by about 9pm they just close the lot up. There is no room service alternative or anywhere else decent within walking distance. Expected a bit better in this department for the price of the hotel. The guy who runs the hotel is also a bit on the grumpy side!
