Booked 2 luxury rooms for a business trip. The rooms were of a high standard and we received a very warm welcome and felt very much at home. The seagulls were a little noisy in the morning but then you expect that at the coast. We had blueberry pancakes for breakfast which were out of this world. Looking forward to going back to sample this experience again. |

Was amazed by how beautifully decorated the neo was. Staff were very friendly and happy to help with a smile. Really really recommend this place especially for couples for a romantic getaway....theres nothing better than a long soak in a double bath then climbing into the kimonos provided. Would gladly have stayed in my room for the whole day but breakfast in the morning is a must ... my first ever experience of three course brekkie! Cant wait to go again! |

Generally a nice little place to stay, although little is a key word - my room was tiny and very stuffy! I was disappointed to find there were no L'Occitane toiletries in the bathroom as advertised, nothing in fact other than some hand soap. On my 2nd day at the hotel I walked downstairs to the bar only to hear a member of staff having a blazing row with someone in the bar...charming! I then asked for a piece of fruit as I was hungry and didn't feel like walking into town - this was apparently too much trouble so I just gave up. The breakfasts were absolutley fantastic, as was the location, but it was a shame that this rude member of staff rather spolied my stay. |

On arrival we were greeted by Laura who went out of her way from the word go to make us feel welcome and accomodate our needs! to the extent that she removed raisins out of the Granola because I mentioned i didnt like them. The room itself was beautiful and the whole decor of the hotel gives it a luxurious "boutique" feel. Very close to the centre (walking distance for my wife who is 8 months pregnant!!) and what can I say about the breakfast? Amazing and my wife nearly fell over backwards when they said you could choose as much as you wanted. definitely a hotel for couples looking for a romantic break. It is slightly noisy in that there is a generator in a block of flats across the road but we both slept fine in the ample comfy beds. |
